+ We do not allow any sites or banners that contain violent, illegal, or ANY kind of sexual content.

+ Your banner must be a 468 x 60 GIF or JPG image. There is a limit of 20kb file size. We allow flash also.

+ Vertical Sites members are asked to alert us to any linked sites that contain inappropriate material.

+ We have the right to refuse any site or banner for any reason.

+ Members may ONLY have one Vertical Sites banner on any given page. Members may, however, include banners on multiple pages.

+ Members may not use artificial means to inflate their banner credits. Unacceptable techniques include: CGI programs written to reload a page, banner placements in chatrooms, pages that reload themselves at less than two minute intervals, HTML email. Members found using any of these techniques will have their accounts terminated.

+ HTML code that is generated for a specific site may only be used within that specific site, including directly linked pages. It is acceptable if the web site spans two or more servers. It is unacceptable to post a specific site's HTML code on any other site.

+ Vertical Sites, its administrators, partners, and sponsors cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur from the use of this service.

+ We do not guarantee the accuracy or dependability of our services.

+ Members will conform to the current terms of service. Vertical Sites reserves the right to alter the terms at any time.
